I'm 5'10, 195, and when I ran the 40 (at 200 lbs) a year and a half ago is was a 5'5 lol. On the bright side I spent that entire summer doin plyometric. But I plan on walking on, I'm hoping successfully, my soph or junior year when I'm in better shape.
Hopefully I can get up to 210 or maybe even 220 and play one of the safety positions. I would play LB too if there was more of a opportunity there. I really just want to play. I miss football a lot.
I feel u, I gotta wait til Jan. cause the roster is full, its sucks and its killin me. I have just been trainin all summer, I got my 40 time down to a 4.47 from a 4.52, so I am makings progress. my bench is at 275 right now, but I think i can get past 300 before try outs begin, I wish the best for u Led
