Well my twin sister just graduated from Spelman's english department, and she says that certain classes can be hard but they are also some classes that she enoyed very much. I believe one of her favorite classes was a Toni Morrison seminar class where you read 8 or 9 of her books. But then she is very passionate about african american studies as well as english so it just depends on what your into.

I liked that book because it had an important message. I like books that catch my attention quickly too, it just depends on the person. For example me and my roommates we talking about what book caught our attention the fastest and I said Flyy Girl by Omar Tyree and they said that book started off slow, so did The Coldest Winter Ever but to me those books caught my attention right off.
