As for me, the one thing I have noticed is the shakers and movers in my hometown (and where my family live in other cities) they tend to be part of a BGLO. My mentors and role models in high school were all members of their respective organizations, and while my mama didn't join in college, I wanted to walk down my own path. It's something I intend on doing one day, probably after I finish undergrad (life is WAYYYY too hectic right now!) but I like what they stand for!

You are a sophomore, I would not stress about it for now...you are on the right track though...have fun in high school, it only comes once! College needs to be on your mind, but not to the point that it consumes your thoughts! It shouldn't really be a major concern until next fall, when you are taking the PSAT. You sound like you will be in good shape, getting in should be no problem...but you do wanna have high grades and great test scores if you want good scholarships! Just continue to work hard in school, join clubs that you are actually INTERESTED IN (not because they'll look good on the apps) and just have fun!

I'll say emotional is what I PREFER, I'll take that over physical...I see it this way...emotional triggers the physical attraction in some way...for example...the type of bond I have with my fiance'...we share so much together emotionally...some of the things between us makes me love him even moreso physically...but it does help that I was attracted to him physically first!!!
