Tuskegee University. the atmosphere- everybody know everybody, the community is small and caters to the university students, the dating scene, well there are more females than males but alot of students on campus find love, networking is great, many companies and speakers come to talk and promote their company and recruit, plenty networking opportunities as well as clubs. Its beneficial to attend college period, in the end the Real World is an experience indifferent to any campus life.
i dont feel that there is a discrimination against age, if you meet the requirements then you have a chance of being considered. of course there are some people that are more more older than you that may not be chosen but i personally dont feel 24 is a discriminatory age...go for it, all you can do is try.
speak with the school you hope to attend, if the grades and test scores are there they may offer money, but yes of course fafsa, look up scholarships, apply for uncf scholarships
no, you can try out ur first year but u might not play ur first year because i guess recruits play. but dont waste ur time if u might be a little good because they dont play about football at hbcu's.
mama must have been old school cuz i remember having to actually make the popcorn, i remember jaws, and i know how to use a typewriter (my mama was real old school)
sage is not too bad, honestly... campus life is what you make it, theres the parties, student-organized events, and different activities hosted by different groups.. it really is what you make it. its way better if you have a car as most of your off campus activities will occur in auburn or montgomery, about 15 mins away
